Vision services
Through our partner, Community Eye Care (CEC), your plan includes a $0 routine eye exam every year. We also offer a yearly allowance to use towards the purchase of eyewear, which includes contact lenses, eyeglass lenses, and frames.

If you have Sentara Community Complete (HMO D-SNP) call 1-866-650-1274 (TTY: 711), October 1 through March 31, 7 days per week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and April 1 through September 30, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. After business hours and on weekends and holidays our automated phone system will answer your call.
