Bon Secours Remains in Network
We are excited to share with you that Bon Secours Health System will remain as part of the Optima Health provider network.
We had notified you earlier of the possibility that they would leave our network on March 1, 2023. However, we are pleased to inform you that they will not be leaving.
This means that members can continue to visit in-network Bon Secours hospitals, physicians, providers, or other healthcare facilities for covered services under their plan.
We realize that the possibility of losing in-network access to care that members have come to trust is unsettling for them. Please know that we entered our negotiations with Bon Secours with the goal of giving members affordable access to the diversity of healthcare providers they deserve. Just as we have thanked them, we thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
