Open Enrollment for all Individual & Family Health Plan enrollments and renewals, both on- and off-Marketplace, begins November 1, 2025 and ends January 15, 2025. We are required to send federally mandated renewal letters to all current subscribers, with detailed information on their 2025 premium, benefit changes, and subsidy amounts, if applicable. Please reference chart for templates of all the letters and audiences.
