If you have both Medicare and Medicaid—and are living with special healthcare needs—you may be eligible for this D-SNP.

Partial dual eligibility
Some people are partial dual-eligible. They may qualify for Extra Help even if they don’t qualify for medical benefits through Medicaid with a Cardinal Care Managed Care Health Plan. To enroll in our partial D-SNP, members must be a Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) within the Medicare Savings Program.
